Week Six Discussion

Q During the latter part of this week, we will be looking at risk management. One of the key components of risk management is the identification of hazards. As such, I would like for you to generate a list of aviation specific hazards, along with an assignment of risk to each of the hazards identified. Each of you should list at least 10 aviation hazards, along with their particular risk level as you see it. Feel free to comment and build off of each other's postings. Remember, we're not just thinking of flight-related hazards, but also hazards in ground operations and maintenance operations. And, as usual, please don't repeat items your classmates have already identified!
